Bending, conducting, reflecting, and structuring – guided by the versatile characteristics of silver thread, envisions collaborated with Nederlands Zilvermuseum to explore the contemporary possibilities of silver at large. In traditional crafts, this refined execution of silver was often used as its delicate contouring qualities allowed for a great diversity of shapes and volumes. With mass-production as its focal point, envisions’ work presents us with a modern vision on this valuable material, aiming to stimulate its sustainable development in the industry.
